Our teachers work very hard to use every available minute during the day, especially during the beginning of the year. Here our 6th grade team is having a “working lunch” to get in some extra team planning and meeting.

It was great to be able to visit and have lunch with Finnegan and Eli in Mr. Henderson’s class. Listening to a book during chew time is one of my favorite times of the day!
Parent Volunteers!
One of the strength of our schools is our parent volunteers. A big “Thank you” to Ray for stepping up and helping to remind parents to be courteous and not use the neighborhood for APA traffic. This is a great example of parents contributing in important ways.
Transportation and Carpool Command Center
Organizing and coordinating all of the transportation components of the school requires many staff and much effort. Here are some of the behind the scenes meetings and discussions of our support and executive staff.
Draper 2 Staff
Our staff have been busy this week preparing for the 2018-2019 school year. All of us got dressed up for our staff pictures and were able to get a group shot. As you can see we have a very large and talented staff excited to make this the best educational experience possible for your students!
Bus Program Parent Meeting
WOW! What a great turnout for our bus program parent meeting! Details of the bus program were explained and parents were given the opportunity to get involved in determining the location of the bus stops. Big thanks to all that attended and to Emily Peery who is organizing and coordinating the bus program.
