Drop-off & Pick-up
Please review the drop-off and pick-up procedures before coming to campus. Following these guidelines helps keep traffic moving safely and efficiently for our stduents, families, staff, and neighbors.
Before You Arrive
Come From the North
Always approach campus from the north during drop-off and pick-up.
- Do not enter campus from the south.
- Do not use neighborhood streets to turn around.
- Do not park or wait in neigborhood streets.
- Do not make U-turns at intersections.
- If approaching from the south, use River Chapel Road to turn around and join the northbound queue
Be a Good Neighbor
Our traffic flow affects the surrounding neighborhoods and businesses. Please help us keep our community safe by following the designated routes and avoiding neighborhood streets.
Morning Drop-Off
7:30 - 8:05 AM
Before entering campus
- Arrive from the north.
- Have students ready to exit the vehicle.
- Follow staff directions
On Campus
- There is one drop-off lane.
- A/B students: use the A/B curb.
- C/D students: use the C/D curb.
- Pull all the way forward.
- Students should exit on the curbside.
- Parents should remain in the vehicle.
- Once students are safely out, proceed to the exit.
Leaving Campus
As you exit the parking lot:
- Form two lanes.
- Zipper merge into one lane.
- Follow staff directions
- Turn right when exiting campus.
Afternoon Pick-Up
Your pick-up tag determines when you should arrive. Please do not arrive early.

Important: Yellow pick-up families should not arrive before 3:20 PM / 2:20 PM. Arriving early creates congestion and interferes with the earlier pick-up groups.
Pick-Up Process
- Enter from the north. Do not use streets or make U-turns.
- Display your pick-up tag. Hang it from your mirror/visor whenever possible. Dashboard placement can make it difficult for staff to see.
- Follow staff directions.
- Stay in your assigned lane/curb.
- Pull all the way forward.
- Once your student is loaded, follow the traffic flow toward the exit.
- Zipper merge at the designated locations.
- Turn right when leaving campus.
Traffic & Safety Reminders
- Yield to oncoming traffic.
- Do not block intersections.
- Keep designated “Keep Clear” areas open.
- Do not change lanes in intersections.
- Do not impede traffic flow.
- Do not use your cell phone while driving through the drop-off/pick-up.
- Do not turn left into or out of the campus driveway.
- Do not make U-turns between the driveway and the traffic light.
