American Prep has a great tradition of showing appreciation to our staff by decorating doors during staff appreciation week. Seeing the creativity and effort of all the parents that helped decorate our staff doors makes for a colorful and exciting school. Thank you parents!
All American Prep Draper schools will be closed today.

Any extracurricular activities and events are also cancelled due to the extreme weather and dangerous road conditions.
The cancellation is for one day only. Additional information will be sent out if the regular school schedule is altered in subsequent days.

During the month of December, American Prep has an annual tradition of partnering with some of our local community organizations to collect items needed in our community. This year we are collecting canned and non-perishable items for The Utah Food Bank. Thank you to our families and students that have brought in so many items. We are over half-way to our first goal!
American Prep celebrates Veterans Day every year with an assembly honoring the amazing men and women of our military. This important and special holiday is one of the ways we teach students about our American Ideals. Thank you to all of our Veterans that joined our event and sacrificed so much for our country. It is also a great opportunity to see and connect with all the families of our own staff that have served our country in the military. Some of our 6th grade girls also decided to get involved and raise money for our local VFW.
